Waverley uses all the rooms except the meeting room until 4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Rooms are available for hire at other times.
To book a room please contact Anne Cross (Manager).  We have the following rooms available:

The Helen Dore Suite (9m x 9m)

Tables & chairs for 40 people. Includes fully equipped kitchen (domestic and commercial cookers, dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier).
Ground floor with easy access for wheelchair users. Toilets, including raised seating and grab rails. Cloak room area and cleaning stores.
Hire cost (inc. Kitchen): £35 for 2 hours, £50 1/2 day and £100 full day.

The Freda Wheat Lounge (6.2m x 4.8m)

Armchairs for 10 plus coffee tables.
Use of small kitchenette to make tea / coffee and light refreshments. Hire cost: £12.50 per morning, afternoon or evening session.

The Round Table Lounge (7m x 7m) &
The Wooley Lounge (6.6m x 5m)

Each lounge has armchairs for 10 plus coffee tables.
Use of small kitchenette to make tea / coffee and light refreshments. Hire cost: £12.50 per morning, afternoon or evening session. These two lounges connect so can be hired together or separately.

The Meeting Room (6.6m x 5m)

Situated on the first floor.
Laid out for formal meetings with centre table configuration and chairs for 15 people. Hire cost: £12.50 per morning, afternoon or evening session.
